Suspicious vehicle circling Latimer Avenue block

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a gray Honda Odyssey repeatedly circling the block near Latimer Avenue in Strabane. The vehicle, driven by a white male with (description withheld) and a mustache, was last reported traveling toward Chartiers Street and the nearby railroad tracks.
