Motorists need help changing tire on MO-58

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers discussed two apparent disabled vehicles on major highways. One involved a black Lincoln passenger car with a flat tire on Highway 58 east of Strasburg. Another possible assist-to-motorist call was reported on southbound Interstate 435 near mile marker 53, where occupants had a spare tire but no tools and were seeking towing assistance.
