Gas leak from damaged underground meter

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews respond to a reported gas leak at a residence in the Carriage Lane Estates area. Engine 7 reports a gas meter may have been broken underground and requests the gas utility to assist because the shutoff is beyond the apparent break.
