Patient with chest pain and breathing difficulty at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical responders were dispatched for a patient experiencing chest pain near Jc Drive. The patient is alert but having difficulty breathing and had a previous heart attack with a stent. Nitroglycerin was given about 15 minutes ago without relief. It is unclear if the chest pain is related to the heart.
