Bucket blocking traffic lane on I-55 northbound

As discussed during the dispatch call, a passing driver reported a possible traffic hazard on I-55 northbound near Summit, where a five-gallon bucket with something inside was sitting in the middle of the right lane and not moving despite passing traffic.
