Teen attempts to enter a vehicle near Tom Scott Trail

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched for a possible break-in/suspicious activity near Tom Scott Trail after a caller reported a teen male in a blue hoodie and shorts banging on the door, walking around the yard, and trying to open a vehicle door.
