Intoxicated underage group at dam parking area

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from security of apparent underage drinking near the dam area by Surveyor. A female was reportedly so intoxicated she fell, and a male was described as belligerent. The group may be associated with an unregistered greenish-blue Jeep Grand Cherokee.
