They had a white male just on their side of the Sutersville Bridge that was found laying in the yard.

They said he was sleeping.

But he took off acting crazy and blocking traffic and walking in the middle of the road across the Sutersville Bridge.

They didn't know if you guys wanted to make contact with him or just be aware that he calls come in that he was just again acting crazy and walking in the middle of traffic.
