Male falls on Front Street then refuses ambulance

As discussed during the dispatch call, a male reportedly fell near Front Street by Mr. P's and later refused ambulance aid, leaving down Pleasant Street. The reporting party attempted to locate him again near a Walmart parking lot close to Sam's Club.
