As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS dispatched for an unresponsive young child reported with abnormal/intermittent breathing; CPR is in progress. Caller reports the child breathes when stimulated but stops breathing when stimulation stops. Location reported on FM 524 (exact city unclear from audio).
