Child left alone in store during dispute with mother

Police received a report from a customer at Marshall's about a young child left alone near the registers. The caller said a woman in her thirties walked outside and left the child, who was about six months old and in a carrier, inside the store for about ten minutes. When the woman returned, she argued with the caller, then took the child and left the store again. She was described as wearing a white puffy long jacket and a black head covering. She then got into a gray sedan that remained in the parking lot.
