why don't they have undercover cops disguising is homeless and busting the dealers? I'm 6th Avenue a drug dealer is riding around on a white 10 speed bike. black puffer coat with a hood. following the homeless waiting for them to get some money. same things happening at barcode Myers on 19th street. dark hair and glasses with clean clothes in a backpack. this is obvious as can be. but where's the cops? the stores can call them but they won't show up. I hear the employees talk of this as they're standing outside talking to security but the cops don't show up they say. they watched the drug deals go down in plain sight just like it used to be on 38th Street right by the cop shop. the cops are complacent. they say they are on other calls but we don't need 10 cops for one thing.
