Speeding Corvette cutting off drivers on Highway 169

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a white Corvette driving eastbound on Highway 169 near Taconite at a high speed, allegedly cutting off other vehicles and making obscene hand gestures toward other drivers.
