Fire alarm trouble at Locust Street building

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to a possible fire alarm issue at a building on Locust Street in Teaneck. A caller reported an audible alarm from an upper floor, but the alarm box had not activated. Crews manually tested alarm box 9315 due to an apparent system problem, and the box was left out of service while units cleared the scene.
