Unoccupied truck blocking southbound lane on highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, a deputy is sent to check on a white pickup truck reportedly parked partly in the southbound lane of a highway about a mile north of a grocery store, creating a possible traffic hazard with no one seen nearby.
