Dog locked in running car on Coast Ave East

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to Coast Ave East near County Route 100 for a report of a dog locked inside a running black car. A responder later advised they would handle the vehicle lockout, and the other units were told to disregard the call.
