Disabled big rig blocking Sierra Drive intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a disabled big rig with a C-train trailer stuck on a rock while backing into a driveway near Sierra Drive and Hawk Hollow Drive, blocking at least one eastbound lane and possibly both lanes. A wrecker is requested to pull the truck off the rock and clear the roadway.
