Man with neck wound after altercation at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a location on County Highway J near Seaford Road and County Line Road for a man with a neck laceration after a reported altercation. The other person involved was no longer at the scene, which was reported as safe to approach.
