Elderly man falls with possible head injury on blood thinners

As discussed during the dispatch call, an older adult male reportedly fell near Peabody Place and may have a head injury while on blood thinners. The fall was unwitnessed and there is minor bleeding on the elbow. Patient located on the second floor.
