Disturbance and Welfare Check Involving Threats at International Drive and EMU Area

Summary: Police responded to a family trouble call at 2671 International Drive, where a male subject was reported harassing and threatening the caller, including throwing objects at windows and knocking on the door. The subject, described as a 21-year-old Black male wearing a green shirt, left the scene and was believed to be walking toward the EMU football stadium after leaving Trinity 5301 East River Drive against medical advice. The subject's sibling was searching for him in a white Jeep Wrangler. Officers coordinated to locate the subject, who was known to carry guns and had a protection order against him. The subject was eventually found at River Drive and Superior Road, and officers determined he did not have a registered firearm. He was given a ride back to his dorm at Peninsula Place. Attempts were made to contact the caller, who was waiting at a bus stop, but she declined further contact.
