Intoxicated Female Detained on Olive Street Southeast

Summary: An east side police unit responded to a report of an intoxicated white female pushing a bicycle and stumbling in the roadway on Olive Street Southeast, Decatur, Morgan County, Alabama. The woman, later identified as Allison Lee Reagan, was detained by officers. A records check revealed she was an Alabama probationer with an expired license, a restriction for corrective lenses, and an outstanding warrant out of Jefferson County (not within extradition). She is also known to abuse drugs. The situation was resolved without escalation.
