Summary: Multiple 911 hang-up calls were received from 5939 West Friendly Avenue, Apartment 39F, in Greensboro, North Carolina. Responding units were dispatched to investigate a possible disorder. Upon arrival, officers observed a black male, approximately 30 to 40 years old, wearing a gray hoodie, pants pulled down, and black shoes, dancing and making unusual movements outside. The subject was later seen standing beside a gray Nissan in the parking lot. There is a call history at the apartment, but it is unclear if the calls were related to this individual or a separate incident.
