Dogs left in parked car at Timnath Costco

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report at a Costco parking lot in Timnath about two dogs left inside a non-running white Honda crossover in direct sunlight for at least 10 minutes. The dogs were reportedly panting and the outside temperature was around 80 degrees.
