Report of scam involving bank funds and Bitcoin

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a possible fraud at a residence near Paragon Road in Tipton, Michigan. The caller’s aunt apparently received a call from someone claiming to be part of a fraud protection team, shared personal information, and was instructed to withdraw funds from her bank account and convert the money to Bitcoin.
