Resident reports illegal dumping in complex dumpsters

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a report of illegal dumping at the Schoolyard Townhomes near Shawnee Street in Tonganoxie. A caller who lives in one of the units reported confronting people dumping trash in the on-site dumpsters, and a silver truck with a specific Kansas license plate was reportedly involved.
