As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a possible assault involving a beating and property damage near the intersection of Route 4 and Route 183 by Harwinton. A black 2013 Honda Pilot was reportedly involved and last seen traveling south on Route 183 near Main Street. Troopers were asked to check the area.
