Police search for hit-and-run vehicle from Winsted

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers broadcast a be-on-the-lookout for a black 2013 Honda Pilot reportedly involved in a hit-and-run in Winsted. The vehicle was last seen near Route 183 and Richard Street and may be headed toward the Main Street area in Torrington, where units are checking near the town line.
