Guest at hotel suffers chest pain and shortness of breath

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS was dispatched to the Cobblestone Hotel on Main Street in Torrington for a guest in a third-floor hallway with a possible medical emergency involving chest pain and shortness of breath and a reported history of heart problems. A separate routine welfare check was also requested at a residence on Broken Wheel Court.
