Intoxicated husband causes disturbance call

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported disturbance near Dickerson Drive in Troy after an open phone line with people cursing was reported. Dispatch later spoke with the reporting party, who said her intoxicated husband had apparently called by accident and was advised to remain on the line.
