Bicyclist hit head and has shoulder pain at Hughes and Priest

As discussed during the dispatch call, a bicyclist wearing a helmet was reported down near the corner of Hughes Road and Priest Road, Truro. The individual appears to have hit their head and is complaining of shoulder pain and an arm abrasion.
