Person trying to enter home with flashlight

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a home near South Donnelly Street after a caller reported someone shining a flashlight through the windows and shaking the door handle, possibly trying to get inside. An officer responded to drive through the area and keep watch.
