Report of muffled cries for help near alley by Pizza Hut

Received a call that a female was walking with her sister home from the office on Second Street, and near Gaines down the alleyway, facing the Pizza Hut, she heard what sounded like a male voice to be screaming for help, but it sounded kind of muffled.
