Female with suicidal ideation armed with knife in locked room

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units are dispatched to Lower Street in Turner for a report of a woman with possible suicidal thoughts. She reportedly had a handgun that was taken from her and now claims to have a knife locked in her room.
