Driver passed out in stopped car after wrong-way driving

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies and medics responded near Delaney Road Southeast for a white sedan that had reportedly been driving the wrong way and then stopped in the middle of the road. The driver appeared to be passed out, and occupants were suspected of being intoxicated or possibly overdosing before the driver later claimed he had just fallen asleep.
