Boiler fire and strong gas odor at Magnolia Road home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a home on Magnolia Road for a reported boiler fire and an apparent natural gas leak. The fire was reported out, but a strong smell of gas was said to be coming from the residence.
