Person attempts garage break-in in Underwood

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible burglary in progress at a garage near 3rd Street in Underwood. A caller from a towing company reported seeing a man using a bar to try to break into the garage and arriving in a distinctively marked white car.
