Juvenile left after-school program; officers requested

Apparently location is some sort of after hours care after school program.

Involved a (number withheld) year old white female, (description withheld), (description withheld), (description withheld), left the after school program.

Involved a black female, (description withheld), (description withheld), I guess.

With flags on it.

So it's going to be, they're stationary, they're needing assistance.

Clear, I'm out.
