Welfare check on missing teen near East Caroline Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to check on a possible missing juvenile at an apartment near East Caroline Street in Union City after the youth reportedly refused to return home and left a bicycle at the location. The juvenile’s father planned to return to a residence on North Fears Street while officers attempted to make contact at the apartment.
