Tree and wires down blocking road in Union City

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to reports of a tree and power lines down blocking the road near East High Street and Warden in Union City. The tree apparently pulled wires from a house, and responders reported possibly live wires but no visible arcing.
