We're just wanting to advise you of a 911[1] call we received. Caller was reporting they were westbound on 136, had just entered the city limits of union bills. They're advising of an unmarked yellow box truck with no license plate running people off the road. We did go ahead and let our city officer and deputy know. Our deputy wanted us to notify you. Putnam County, our officer is going to be out of position.
