Welfare check on young children home alone

That's (number withheld) Hazel Nut Lane for a welfare check.

Caller says that there are children that are (number withheld) and (number withheld) years old got off the bus from school and they are over there by themselves, home alone.

The caller is on the way there with an approximately 19-minute ETA.

The dad was supposed to get child care, but has not done it.
