Large tree blocking westbound lane on Highway 38

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a large tree down in the road near Highway 38 at Cunningham and Kerr, apparently blocking the westbound lane while eastbound traffic can still pass. Public works assistance is requested to help remove the tree and clear the traffic hazard.
