Loose dog reported chasing runner in Urbana

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a loose dog chasing a runner on County Road 500 North in the Urbana area, near County Road 598 East. The caller said it is the same dog that previously bit a juvenile in December and is again running loose and chasing people.
