Hospice patient threatens self-harm with handgun at Utica home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a home in Utica after a hospice caller reported the patient was threatening self-harm due to pain and had access to a .40-caliber handgun in the residence. The caller also reported a possible history of substance abuse.
