Road accident briefly blocks access to college

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates a possible traffic accident near the entrance to Westchester Community College, where police temporarily closed the road. One lane was later cleared, allowing at least one bus to pass through. Routes on North Broadway in Hastings were also discussed for affected bus services.
