Suspicious parked Ford Escape reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious Ford Escape, described as silver or possibly gold, near Live Oak Court in the Douglas Flat area. The vehicle was associated with a specific license plate, and the reporting person was not the registered owner but had related paperwork. Fire personnel were also sent for a public lift assist at the same general location.
