Single vehicle crash into guardrail on National Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a possible single-vehicle crash near National Road and Point Mills Road. A black SUV reportedly went head-on into a guardrail. The driver does not appear intoxicated but may be injured or affected by drugs. Fire department and a tow truck were requested to the scene.
