Report of unsafe possibly impaired driver on I-70

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible intoxicated driver in an older white Chevrolet Silverado with a ladder on the back, last seen eastbound on I-70 and exiting near Route 141 in the St. Charles and St. Louis County area. The vehicle was reportedly weaving through traffic, failing to stay in its lane, nearly hitting the center median, and speeding.
