Downed electric line blocking East Union roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received reports of a possible electric line down across the roadway near East Union Street and South Highland Street in Vandalia, blocking traffic. A woman on scene was reportedly trying to block vehicles until law enforcement and city crews could arrive.
