Driver reported for unsafe towing and littering

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported traffic complaint on Route 3 in Vassalboro involving a white SUV hauling a trailer that was reportedly failing to maintain its lane and throwing trash from the windows while traveling eastbound toward Palermo or Claremont. The trailer was reportedly registered to a driver from the town of Leeds.
